📄 Our Terms of Engagement
Our process is governed by clearly defined terms to ensure mutual trust, confidentiality, and alignment throughout the engagement:

  • Non-Circumvention / Non-Disclosure Agreement (NCNDA): This agreement protects sensitive information and establishes boundaries between all involved parties.

  • Readiness Consulting Services (Fee-Based): If a project isn't finance-ready but demonstrates potential, we may offer our Readiness Consulting Services, which include:

  • Gap assessment & advisory

  • Business plan enhancement

  • Financial modeling

  • Market validation

  • Regulatory & compliance reviews

These services are fee-based and outlined in a formal consulting agreement.

Virtual CFO Engagement (Fee-Based):

For select projects requiring capital raising support and financial strategy execution, we offer a Virtual CFO engagement. This includes:

  • Financial structuring

  • Investor-ready documentation

  • Term sheet advisory

  • Ongoing liaison with capital sources

This service is delivered on a fixed or retainer-based fee, depending on project scope.

  • Excluded Jurisdictions: Afghanistan, All African Nations, Belarus, Central African Republic, China, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, Hong Kong, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, Nicaragua, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, The Balkans, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen, and Zimbabwe.

This list is subject to change based on evolving international regulations and risk assessments. We prioritize compliance and responsible engagement.
